Description

Aspect Consulting's Information Services group provides data management support for the Water Resources, Environmental, and Geotechnical Engineering projects. As Data Manager, your responsibilities will include data entry, data QA/QC, development of procedures and programs to streamline data collection and delivery, and design and programming of end user solutions for integrating data from MS Access, Excel, and SQL Server with CAD, GIS and web based applications. As IT Tech in the Seattle office, you will work with the Network manager to install and troubleshoot hardware and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience
• BS degree; Computer Science degree is a plus
• Experience supporting network and desktop hardware/software
• Familiarity with environmental data
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Clear writing and communication skills
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
• SQL Server 2000 and web based application development is a plus
• Experience integrating data with CAD and GIS is a plus
