Mr. Heffner is a chemical engineer with over 30 years' experience evaluating remedial technologies, developing remedial designs, and providing post-design support on environmental restoration projects. In addition to his core experience with treatability and feasibility studies, conceptual design, cost estimating, cleanup action planning, construction bid package development, and construction permitting, Dave's in-depth experience extends to related areas - sediment remediation, water treatment plant operation/optimization, landfill design, and air sampling/emissions permitting, among others. As a project manager and senior engineer, Dave has a reputation for practical solutions, clear communication, attention to detail, and superior client service.
