Mr. Peterson has over 30 years of geotechnical and civil engineering experience throughout the U.S. He has performed review and design work for water resource and power projects, nuclear power facilities, and deep excavation, shoring, and foundation systems. He also has extensive experience in instrumentation design, field performance inspections of civil structures, construction surveillance of civil / geotechnical works, and seismic analysis. An additional area of expertise is sensitive areas; his understanding of these regulations promotes project solutions that have early response times for regulatory approval. John has applied his knowledge of landslide remediation, hazard evaluation, and slope construction to many sites around Puget Sound.
