Mr. Porter has both managed and participated in environmental projects at all levels of development — Phase I and II site assessments, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, treatability studies, cleanup action plans, and remedial designs. During his 12 years in the consulting industry, Jeremy has characterized and remediated sites where soil and groundwater were contaminated with a variety of chemicals including solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, metals, pesticides, and wood preservatives. His remedial designs often involve innovative technologies such as soil vapor extraction, air and ozone sparging, in-situ oxidation, and zero-valent iron walls. He also manages monitoring and closure operations for many of the sites he has remediated.
