Over 9 years of experience have honed Owen's skills in water resources engineering. Specializing in stormwater and surface water issues, his expertise includes data collection, hydrologic modeling, design, and permitting. He has designed culverts, conveyance systems, infiltration facilities and stormwater treatment systems. As a project manager, he is known for delivering projects on time and on budget. In 2006, Owen returned to Aspect after completing an extended volunteer project in Honduras, where he designed and oversaw construction of a community drinking water treatment system, as well as started up a multi-year project to make and distribute household drinking water filters.
