Mr. Flynn is an insightful technical resource and effective team leader. He has over 20 years of experience working with both private- and public-sector clients. Mr. Flynn’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of water resources and environmental site cleanup and redevelopment. He is a recognized technical expert in water rights, aquifer storage and recovery, conjunctive use, and watershed assessment, including prior service as an AWRA board member and an invited speaker at water law conferences. Mr. Flynn also specializes in directing complex environmental cleanup and redevelopment projects, bringing strategic thinking that links technical solutions and regulatory requirements with property reuse opportunities.
