Mr. Germiat has 18 years of diverse experience in both environmental and water resource consulting. As technical lead and project manager, his typical projects are site characterizations, remedial investigation / feasibility studies, and risk assessments; he also specializes in property redevelopment projects that require risk-based remedy selection. Steve often interfaces with regulatory agencies to negotiate cleanup remedies that balance cost and reduce risks. He has expertise modeling contaminant transport and forecasting water-quality impacts under various land use scenarios. Other achievements include directing multidisciplinary watershed assessments and scoping, permitting, and developing groundwater supplies for municipal and private clients.
