Mr. Goodhue has over 18 years of experience managing remedial investigations at state and federally regulated sites, RCRA facilities, and landfills in Washington, Oregon, and California. He has directed soil and groundwater cleanups at over 100 service station and bulk-fuel storage facilities. His expertise has been integral to projects that involve evaluating and selecting remedial alternatives, negotiating cleanup levels with agencies, designing remedial measures, and managing construction activities. He routinely supports commercial and industrial property transactions and environmental insurance claims. Chip also serves as a turnkey environmental manager for several private petroleum distributors in Washington and Oregon.
