Mr. Hillman is a technical project manager who develops strategies for successful remedial actions and closures — particularly for sites impacted with chlorinated solvents. Doug has more than 24 years of experience diagnosing environmental issues, identifying potential receptors and their risks, and developing conceptual models that accurately describe site conditions.
