With 10-years of experience designing and analyzing water-related infrastructure, Ryan Brownlee has a breadth and depth of experience in all aspects of municipal engineering from planning through design and construction administration. He has successfully completed water, wastewater, and stormwater projects of varying size throughout Washington State. In addition to his hydraulic and hydrologic capabilities, Ryan has experience with numerous transportation projects in North Central Washington.

Ryan’s broad-based experience provides him a balanced perspective in working with multiple involved stakeholders. His ability to see the big picture allows him to identify issues that might otherwise go unnoticed and bring projects to completion on time and under budget.
