Mr. Chennault has over 10 years of experience in the areas of surface water hydrology, flow modeling, and stormwater system design. He has applied his skills to regional watershed projects in both the Puget Sound area and eastern Washington, where he analyzed and modeled historical records to characterize hydrologic regimes and predict future streamflows. As an engineer, Jay has not only modeled stormwater flows but also designed flow-control and water-quality facilities for projects in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.
