EDUCATION

BS, Geology, University of Puget Sound

A certified Washington State UST site assessor, Bob Hanford has spent more than 22 years in the environmental field, overseeing remediation projects involving excavation, air sparging, product recovery, and soil amendment. His project sites have included active marine terminals, landfills, airports, and remote sites. He has extensive experience in emergency spill response and petroleum tank decommissioning; in addition, he managed the remediation of former military installations in the arctic. Bob’s skills also include surveying and backfill compaction testing, along with logging, installing, and sampling water supply, monitoring, and soil-gas wells. He has also sampled surface water and sediments, both on and off shore.
