Eric Marhofer is a licensed environmental engineer with over seven years of experience including investigation and remediation of contaminated sites, inspection of facilities for environmental compliance and permitting purposes, and water resource engineering. His work has entailed the evaluation, design, and implementation of remedial technologies and systems including groundwater extraction and treatment, soil vapor extraction, and in-situ chemical reduction using zero valent iron. He is familiar with regulations pertaining to spill prevention control and countermeasures and has developed a number of SPCC plans to assist facilities in compliance. Since coming on board at Aspect, Eric has also been able to apply his knowledge of hydrology to model and evaluate stormwater runoff and develop stormwater pollution prevention and erosion control plans for environmental compliance.
