Jenifer Ramsey is a civil and environmental engineer with a focus in stormwater, water quality, and water resources engineering. Jenifer’s experience in engineering design includes stormwater treatment and detention, constructed wetland design and operation, wastewater treatment, water treatment and water quality monitoring and assessment studies. She has designed Low Impact Development (LID) stormwater facilities, onsite wastewater treatment and disposal systems, onsite water treatment systems, and developed Operations and Maintenance plans for these facilities. As an expert on modeling local conditions, Jenifer gave a presentation on raingarden modeling in Bellingham/Whatcom County at a WSU-sponsored LID technical workshop and is currently developing a bioinfiltration soils testing workshop for the City of Seattle and its technical partners.
