Completing projects throughout the region having surface water, groundwater, engineering geology and environmental components has provided Bill Sullivan a well-rounded perspective that he applies to each approach. Bill specializes in characterizing the unique hydrologic conditions of north central Washington and in coastal areas prone to seawater intrusion. He has successfully coordinated projects where irrigation, public agency and environmental interests converge, including playing a key role in all phases of watershed planning for two important central Washington basins. Bill is proven adept at building teams and he is highly effective at communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
