Steve Cudd is a solutions-oriented Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analyst with a proven track record of providing solutions and standards which focus on consistency and high quality. Steve combines his broad knowledge of GIS and CAD industry tools, standards, and best practices with a background in graphic art design to support Aspect project team with visuals to support the science and engineering and engage the involved public. He has special expertise in ESRI ArcGIS products, aerial and satellite imagery, and database management.
