Mr. Scrafford administers Aspect’s network and provides data management support. He has maintained the network through its growth from NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and up to Windows 2003/XP. He also led efforts to install Microsoft Exchange Server, which improved Aspect’s e-mail and calendar-management functions. Combining his 13 years of environmental consulting experience with his technical expertise, Michael assists project managers in developing algorithms and graphical presentations to interpret geologic, hydrogeologic, and environmental site conditions.
