Mr. Scrafford administers Aspect’s network and provides data management support. He has maintained the network through its growth from NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and up to Windows 2003/XP. He also led efforts to install Microsoft Exchange Server, which improved Aspect’s e-mail and calendar-management functions. Combining his 8 years of environmental consulting experience with his technical expertise, Michael assists project managers in developing algorithms and graphical presentations to interpret geologic, hydrogeologic, and environmental site conditions.
