Negotiated CAP and engineering design strategy with Ecology, DNR, City of Seattle, and former property owner.

Wyckoff/Eagle Harbor Superfund Site, Bainbridge Island
Advised the City in negotiations with EPA and Ecology to support redevelopment of waterfront Superfund site into public park.

Brownfield Pilot Project, Flohr Metals Site, Seattle
Under an EPA Brownfields grant, successfully negotiated a groundwater natural attenuation remedy that led to site closure.
