Team Building at Company Retreat

The entire Aspect Consulting team recently returned from a 2-day retreat at the Sleeping Lady Conference Center in Leavenworth, Washington. The purpose of this event was two-fold: to celebrate our fifth year and to engage everyone in discussing plans for future growth in a casual environment with plenty of time for conversation. Retreat sessions were facilitated by the Goodenough Company.

In addition to renewing our core values, strategic vision, and lateral communications, we had a lively discussion of the Myers-Briggs personality profiles that all participants completed. This discussion extended to team reports that provided insight into group interactions. Who will ever forget the LEGO® demonstration between the “sensing” group (set goals, get it done) and the “intuitive” group (explore all options)?
