Aspect hires two from Virginia Tech

Mike Nelson, EIT, joins Aspect as a staff remediation engineer. He has BS and MS degrees from Virginia Tech in addition to several years of environmental experience, including Hurricane Katrina disaster recovery and remediation engineering for Groundwater & Environmental Services in Virginia.

David Rugh also joins Aspect from Virginia Tech. He is completing his masters degree in hydrogeology. He has worked extensively in the field using a variety of hydraulic methods and geophysical tools to evaluate groundwater flow systems. David was a repeat recipient of awards for graduate teaching excellence.
