Enhancing Aspect’s growing water resources practice in central and eastern Washington, J. Ryan Brownlee, PE, has joined Aspect’s Wenatchee office as a senior water resources engineer. Ryan is a civil engineer with 10 years of experience designing and analyzing water-related infrastructure for municipal and private sector clients. Prior to joining Aspect, Ryan worked as a consultant in north central Washington focusing on improving domestic water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.

Ryan brings hydraulic and hydrologic engineering expertise, expanding Aspect’s capabilities in the design and construction field. In the near term, Ryan will be engaged in projects related to improving water supply which involve water rights, supply, and storage of water for uses including agricultural, municipal, and ESA-listed species habitat in Okanogan, Benton and Klickitat Counties. Ryan’s skills will broaden the scope of Aspect’s water resources practice in north central Washington to support stormwater drainage, irrigation, and domestic water planning and design.
